About this file
This document contains questions and answers regarding a solicitation for the regular overhaul and dry docking of the USNS FALL RIVER (T-EPF 4). The vessel was previously converted from using cam-lock connections for ship's power to lugs, though some overseas shipyards still use camlocks. The vessel has an adapter for lug connections. The solicitation from the Department of the Navy's Military Sealift Command seeks overhaul and dry docking services for the USNS FALL RIVER at an undisclosed overseas shipyard that may use camlock connections, as the vessel has an adapter. References for the full solicitation are available upon request.
