About this file
This document contains a draft statement of work and labor categories for an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract supporting irregular air platform engineering. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division seeks to procure engineering services including program management, research, analysis, design, installation, testing, training, and operational support for integration of sensors, communications, weapons, and control technologies onto various manned and unmanned airborne platforms. Interested businesses of all sizes are requested to submit capability statements by July 9th demonstrating experience with efforts of similar size and scope, technical skills to perform required tasks, and ability to obtain necessary security clearances and manage subcontractors. The anticipated five-year contract would be cost-plus-fixed-fee and firm-fixed-price and involve work at locations including the Patuxent River Naval Air Station in Maryland, Webster Field annex, and Yuma Proving Grounds in Arizona.
