About this file
This document contains a draft statement of work and attachments for a federal contract opportunity with the Department of the Navy to provide Irregular Air Platform Engineering services in support of integrating airborne capabilities onto various manned and unmanned platforms. Key details include:
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division is seeking these services through a single-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity cost-plus-fixed-fee contract with a five-year ordering period and maximum value of $38.5 million. The contract is set aside for small businesses and involves approximately 70% of work being performed on-site at NAS Patuxent River and Webster Field in Maryland and Yuma Proving Grounds in Arizona, with the remaining 30% performed off-site. Interested businesses must submit a capabilities statement by July 9, 2018 demonstrating their ability to perform tasks in the draft statement of work including program management, research, design, testing, training and operational support for urgent experimentation programs. Relevant experience within the last three years must be included along with security clearance and accounting system information.
