The first Bidder Question answer package (47 answers) was just published to FBO at 4:43pm today.

Some of the references specified in work item specifications were missing from the DVD provided to offerors. Other references on the DVD were misnamed and do not include the needed reference. In many other cases, an earlier revision of the reference was provided on the

DVD than was cited in the work specification. Some drawings which reference the 4720 to identify GFM do not have an entry on the 4720 to specify this GFM. Some work item specifications are not clear on the material to be used, while others are not clear on the scope of work or the specific area of the ship to be worked.

In light of the many questions that remain outstanding, and recognizing the coordination required between the Contracting Officer and the Planning Yard to correct and publish an accurate package, Offeror respectfully requests a one-month extension of the proposal due date.

An amendment has been issued to extend the due date for proposal submission to 4 January 2016.
