About this file
This document is a Government Responses to Industry Questions spreadsheet for Solicitation N0001925R0003, dated 20 May 2025, addressing three specific industry inquiries related to the C-40A Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) contract. The responses focus on technical and pricing details, specifically:
- Clarification of CLIN 0031 unit price calculations, recommending changes to spreadsheet formulas and ensuring alignment between Attachments L-2 and L-6. 2. Similar calculation guidance for CLIN 0032 unit pricing. 3. Confirmation that CLIN 0015 is to be priced for the entire detachment support team, with contractors required to provide at least two personnel per detachment and price accordingly on a per-day basis. Each response emphasizes that while evaluation purpose values may differ from contract ceiling values, offerors must ensure unit prices are consistent across attachments.

Industry Feedback Worksheet
1 A: Gen. Info N/A Att. L-2
Question #10: can the Government review CLIN 0031 Unit Price calculation. It is applying CPA-6 Burden Rates, when those rates shouldn’t apply to CLIN 0031. Also, it is extending the unit price by the quantity. However, that should be reflected in the Total Price column (cell H37)?
Recommend changing cell E37: =ROUND MAX('CPA-4 Field Transportation'!$B$7:$B$16)
And changing the subsequent unit price in years CY2-CY5
Calculations have been updated and posted with these responses.
The Offeror shall ensure that unit prices entered into Attachments L-2 and L-6 align. Note that resultant values for evaluation purposes (Att.
L-6) vice contract ceiling values (Att. L-2) may differ; the TEP may not match ceiling values entered into Section B of the Contract.
