The Government requires 7 business days for review and comment. The contractor shall incorporate any required changes based on Government comments and resubmit 7 business days after receipt of comments. This review cycle shall continue until the contractor receives acceptance from the Government.

Comments resulting from the Government review will be furnished within 10 business days of receipt of the drawing package. The contractor shall review the Government comments, make all corrections to the entire drawing package and resubmit all new and revised drawings within 5 business days of receipt of Government comments. Government comments, whether directed against a specific drawing or made as a general comment, may apply to other drawings, which have not been reviewed by the Government. Resubmitted drawings and other drawings not previously reviewed will be subjected to another technical review by the Government. Any additional comments generated as a result of subsequent technical reviews will also be furnished to the contractor for action. This process will be repeated as necessary until the drawing package is accepted by the Government. Response time for each submittal and review thereafter will be 5 business days.

BLK 9 - The following information shall be included on the deliverable:

DISTRIBUTION STATEMENT D. Distribution authorized to the Department of Defense and U.S. DoD contractors only (Administrative or Operational Use and Export Controlled) (14 July 2016). Other requests shall be referred to Program Manager, Training Systems, Marine Corps Systems Command (CCS), 12211 Science Drive, Orlando, Florida 32826-3224.

WARNING - This document contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, U.S.C., Sec 2751, et seq.) or the Export Administration Act of 1979 (Title 50, U.S.C., App. 2401 et seq.), as amended. Violations of these export laws are subject to severe criminal penalties. Disseminate in accordance with provisions of DoD Directive 5230.25.

BLK 12 - First submission shall be due 10 business days prior to CDR.

BLK 13 - Final submission shall be due 20 business days after system acceptance of that location.

The Government requires 20 business days for review and comment. The contractor shall incorporate any required changes based on Government comments and resubmit 10 business days after receipt of comments. This review cycle shall continue until the contractor receives acceptance from the Government.

BLK 14 - All submission shall be delivered electronically in an electronic format that is compatible with Microsoft Office 2010 and Adobe PDF for text and AutoCad 2016 for the drawings. A hard copy is required to FE at each submission and others only for a final submission. Hard copy drawings shall be a minimum of B Series (11"x17") in size.

Deliverable submissions shall be marked, handled, and delivered in accordance with the procedures and guidelines detailed in DODM 5200.01 Vol 4 and attachment J10 (Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) Description, Marking, and Handling Guidance) of the contract.

All other drawings developed under this contract shall adhere to the format approved by the Government.

The content of the document shall be in accordance with DI-FACR-80966. Any deviations
