About this file
This document provides details on Amendment 0003 to solicitation M67004-20-R-0012 issued by the United States Marine Corps. The amendment extends the response deadline from March 5th to March 26th, 2020 at 12:00 PM. It also standardizes the proposal format requirements, specifying that proposals be organized into five binders addressing technical approach, past performance, price, small business participation, and contract documentation. Page limits are placed on each section, with tables of contents and dividers excluded. Proposals must include electronic copies on CD in Microsoft Office format. The solicitation seeks a contractor to operate and manage the Marine Corps' Consolidated Storage Program worldwide, including maintenance of asset visibility across various IT systems. Services required include management of individual combat clothing and equipment, special training supplies, chemical and biological protective gear, shelters and camouflage netting. Proposals must be submitted to the Marine Corps Logistics Command by the new deadline of March 26th, 2020.
