About this file
This is an instructional guide issued by the Kenton County Airport Board (KCAB) for vendors to register for pre-bid and pre-proposal meetings related to the 2026 Fall Protection Systems Installation project at Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport. The guide outlines KCAB's requirement that all attendees pre-register using the RSVP function in OpenGov at least 24 hours in advance of the mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit scheduled for Thursday, March 19, 2026 at 10:00 am at CVG Centre Administrative Offices in Erlanger, Kentucky. The RSVP process requires that company administrators add individual attendees to their accounts, after which each person must independently complete the RSVP by clicking the Events RSVP dropdown and changing the meeting status from "Not Attending" to "Attending." KCAB emphasizes that accurate attendee registration is critical for conducting required security clearances prior to the site visit and arranging adequate transportation. The person actually attending the meeting must be the one to complete the RSVP to ensure an accurate attendee list, and multiple employees from the same company may register, provided each completes the process individually.
The guide directs vendors to the OpenGov Help Center for more comprehensive instructions regarding account management and system navigation. KCAB reserves the right to remove RSVPs if attendees decide they can no longer participate in the meeting. This registration protocol applies to all bidders responding to the three independent bid packages for fall protection systems covering the Storm Water Treatment Plant, T3 Parking Deck, and Concourse A Roof, with sealed bids due by Thursday, April 16, 2026 at 2:00 pm.

Kenton County Airport Board Instructional Guide for Vendors to RSVP to PreBid/PreProposal Meetings
KCAB requires all attendees for all pre-bid and pre-proposal meetings to pre-register using the RSVP function in OpenGov at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting. Properly completing this RSVP process ensures that KCAB can perform all required security clearances prior to the site visit and ensures that adequate transportation is arranged.
The person attending the meeting must be the one to RSVP so that we have an accurate list of attendee names.
This document is being provided as a brief overview of the RSVP process. Bidders are encouraged to review the online Help Center provided by OpenGov, accessible at this link:
https://opengov.my.site.com/support/s/procurement for more in depth instructions pertaining to accounts and system navigation.
Adding users to your account
Admin is available for users with an admin role, and it allows them to add and disable users as part of their company account. An admin for your company must add every individual who is attending the meeting.
Then the individual attending the meeting must complete the RSVP. Multiple people from the same company can register, but each must complete the RSVP individually.
