About this file
This instructional guide is issued by the Kenton County Airport Board (KCAB) in Kentucky to establish the pre-registration requirements for vendors attending pre-bid and pre-proposal meetings related to the 2026 Fall Protection Systems Installation project. The guide mandates that all attendees must pre-register using the RSVP function in the OpenGov procurement platform at least 24 hours in advance of the mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit scheduled for Thursday, March 19, 2026 at 10:00 am at CVG Centre Administrative Offices in Erlanger, Kentucky. The RSVP process requires that company administrators first add individual attendees to their organizational accounts, after which each person attending must independently complete the RSVP by accessing the Events RSVP dropdown in their OpenGov account and changing their status from "Not Attending" to "Attending." This pre-registration protocol enables KCAB to conduct required security clearances and arrange adequate transportation prior to the site visit. Multiple employees from the same company may register, but each must individually complete the RSVP process, and the person actually attending the meeting must be the one completing the registration to ensure an accurate attendee list.
The guide provides references to the OpenGov online Help Center for more detailed account management and system navigation instructions. KCAB emphasizes that proper completion of the RSVP process is mandatory for all pre-bid and pre-proposal meeting attendees and is essential for the security and logistical planning of the site visit activities related to the three fall protection system installation bid packages valued at approximately $2.447 million.

Kenton County Airport Board Instructional Guide for Vendors to RSVP to PreBid/PreProposal Meetings
KCAB requires all attendees for all pre-bid and pre-proposal meetings to pre-register using the RSVP function in OpenGov at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting. Properly completing this RSVP process ensures that KCAB can perform all required security clearances prior to the site visit and ensures that adequate transportation is arranged.
The person attending the meeting must be the one to RSVP so that we have an accurate list of attendee names.
This document is being provided as a brief overview of the RSVP process. Bidders are encouraged to review the online Help Center provided by OpenGov, accessible at this link:
https://opengov.my.site.com/support/s/procurement for more in depth instructions pertaining to accounts and system navigation.
Adding users to your account
Admin is available for users with an admin role, and it allows them to add and disable users as part of their company account. An admin for your company must add every individual who is attending the meeting.
Then the individual attending the meeting must complete the RSVP. Multiple people from the same company can register, but each must complete the RSVP individually.
