About this file
This document is an Instructional Guide for Vendors issued by the Kenton County Airport Board (KCAB) detailing the RSVP process for pre-bid and pre-proposal meetings using the OpenGov platform. KCAB requires all attendees to pre-register using the RSVP function at least 24 hours in advance of any meeting, which enables the airport to conduct necessary security clearances and arrange appropriate transportation. The process involves two key steps: first, an admin from the vendor's company must add all intended meeting attendees to their company account, and then each individual must personally complete their own RSVP.
The document provides a step-by-step guide for individuals to RSVP through the OpenGov system, which includes clicking the Events RSVP dropdown, finding the specific meeting (Prebid or Pre-Proposal), and changing their status from "Not Attending" to "Attending". Attendees can modify their RSVP status if their plans change. KCAB recommends reviewing the online Help Center at https://opengov.my.site.com/support/s/procurement for more detailed instructions about account management and system navigation. The guide emphasizes that each attendee must complete their own RSVP individually, even if multiple people from the same company are participating.

Kenton County Airport Board Instructional Guide for Vendors to RSVP to PreBid/PreProposal Meetings
KCAB requires all attendees for all pre-bid and pre-proposal meetings to pre-register using the RSVP function in OpenGov at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting. Properly completing this RSVP process ensures that KCAB can perform all required security clearances prior to the site visit and ensures that adequate transportation is arranged.
The person attending the meeting must be the one to RSVP so that we have an accurate list of attendee names.
This document is being provided as a brief overview of the RSVP process. Bidders are encouraged to review the online Help Center provided by OpenGov, accessible at this link:
https://opengov.my.site.com/support/s/procurement for more in depth instructions pertaining to accounts and system navigation.
Adding users to your account
Admin is available for users with an admin role, and it allows them to add and disable users as part of their company account. An admin for your company must add every individual who is attending the meeting.
Then the individual attending the meeting must complete the RSVP. Multiple people from the same company can register, but each must complete the RSVP individually.

1. Click the Events RSVP drop down located next to Draft Response.
2. Find the meeting you will be attending (Prebid Meeting or Pre-Proposal Meeting) and click the Not Attending option to flip it to Attending.
An individual can click the Attending box again to remove the RSVP if they decide they can no longer attend.
