About this file
This document is a Cost/Price Template Workbook for the Ames Facilities Support Services II (AFSS II) federal contract opportunity. The Excel template provides detailed pricing instructions for potential offerors, with multiple worksheets covering different contract elements including Phase-In, Operations & Maintenance (O&M), Trouble Calls, Specialty Services, and Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) periods for both Cost-Plus Award Fee (CPAF) and Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract lines.
The pricing template requires offerors to complete green-highlighted cells with proposed labor rates, labor mix, and pricing details across base and option periods. Key worksheets include a total evaluated price tab showing a preliminary total contract value of $5,996,046, with O&M at $4,825,116 and Reactive Maintenance at $1,170,930. The template mandates precise documentation of labor categories, salary sources, staffing options, direct labor rates, indirect rates, and fee structures. Offerors must provide detailed labor rate build-ups, indirect cost rate summaries, and include all formulas intact in their proposal submission.
