About this file
This file contains instructional guidance for completing DocuSign forms within the OpenGov platform for the Ocean County Administration Building HVAC and Roof Upgrades project in New Jersey. The instructions provide a step-by-step process for respondents to access and complete required forms through the solicitation response portal. Bidders must navigate to the Questionnaire section, select the "Complete via DocuSign" option, and enter their name and login credentials to begin form completion. All fields marked in red are mandatory and must be completed before the form can be finalized. Once all required information is entered, respondents must click "Finish" and are provided the opportunity to download or print their signed document. The most critical step in the process is clicking the "click here to load your completed document" link above the DocuSign window to ensure the completed form populates into the OpenGov system; failure to complete this step will result in the loss of all progress if the user navigates away from the page.
No additional details regarding project scope, pricing, timelines, or contract terms are provided in this instructional document. The file serves solely as a procedural guide to assist bidders in the technical submission process and does not contain substantive information about the bid requirements, deliverables, or evaluation criteria for the HVAC and roof upgrades project.
