The document outlines contractor qualifications and submission requirements for vendors seeking to provide Chevrolet parts and warranty repair services to the municipality. Contractors must demonstrate a minimum of three consecutive years of experience providing Chevrolet parts and repair services within the last five years to municipalities or organizations of similar size and scope. Bidders must be manufacturer-authorized parts dealers/resellers for Chevrolet and operate a full-time, manufacturer-authorized warranty repair facility equipped with all necessary tools, diagnostic equipment, and supplies. Additionally, bidders must provide a plan demonstrating their ability to comply with Code Red deliveries, Expedited Repair Services, and Emergency Disaster Services as specified in the Scope of Work.
