About this file

This is a Key Personnel Designation submittal for the City of Austin's after-market parts procurement (IFB 7800 MAS1006) for medium and heavy-duty trucks and equipment. The submittal establishes the key personnel structure for the contractor engagement, requiring the City and Contractor to maintain the same designated key personnel throughout the contract term. In the event of necessary personnel changes, replacement individuals must possess equivalent experience and competence for executing the project scope. The contractor is required to promptly notify the City and obtain approval for any personnel replacements, with such approval not to be unreasonably withheld.

The designated City key personnel include John Villanueva as Contract Manager (512-978-1543, John.Villanueva@austintexas.gov) and Margaret Stenz as Contract Administrator and Procurement Specialist (512-974-3020, Margaret.Stenz@austintexas.gov). The contractor is required to designate a Contract Manager and Single Point of Contact (SPOC) as key personnel, though specific names and contact information for these contractor positions are not populated in this submittal template. This requirement ensures clear lines of communication and accountability between the City of Austin and the contractor throughout the contract performance period.
