Tasks and services identified in the Base IDIQ are applicable at the Task Order level unless specifically stated otherwise and this site specific PWS is intended to supplement IDIQ with site specific data, exclusions, inclusions, or unique requirements. Work will be performed to the standards in this contract.

1.1. FACILITIES. The medical facilities to be maintained are identified in Table 1 to this PWS.

1.2. CONTRACTOR PERSONNEL. The contractor shall have demonstrated knowledge of codes, standards, directives, and criteria governing the operation, maintenance and repair of medical treatment facilities, including, military requirements, the Joint Commission (TJC) or the

Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC) as applicable, National Fire

Protection Association (NFPA), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

1.2.1. KEY PERSONNEL - CONTRACTOR PERSONNEL. Key Personnel positions may be performed by one individual acting in two capacities, for example the Project Manager may be the same as the Program Manager depending on the number of sites an IDIQ holder manages. It is the discretion of the contractor to determine workload capacity of their personnel to ensure all responsibilities of these positions are performed.

1.2.1.1. Contract Maintenance Manager Clinical Business Occupancy (CMM-C).

CONTRACT MAINTENANCE MANAGER CLINICAL BUSINESS OCCUPANCY

The CMM-C will coordinate with FM/COR to insure the work is completed without interfering with medical operations. The

CMM will coordinate and communicate with the FM/COR to facilitate the equal understanding of the customer satisfaction rating on the monthly report. If the FM/COR documents or has a customer complaint the CMM-C will resolve the issue and report the issue to the Project

Manager. The CMM will ensure all work is completed within the terms of the contracts. The

CMM must request in writing from the contracting officer any additional time needed to complete work after the approved scheduled completion date. A copy of any extension request must be provided to the COR, SRM PM and Contractor Project Manager.
