About this file
The IBWC Form 245B is a Minimum Qualifications for Award Backup Information form designed to document a contractor's previous project experience. The form requires detailed documentation of prior contracts, including company name, project name, contracting agency, contract number, contract amount, start and end dates, and a comprehensive description of work performed. Contractors must provide specific details about the quantities of work and project complexity, with instructions emphasizing that responses should focus on the contractor's specific work rather than general project information.
The form is specifically related to a USIBWC solicitation (No. 191BWC25B0003) for replacing the hydraulic system for Penstock #5 at Amistad Dam, with a project estimated between $1-5 million. The construction project involves site preparation, system inspection, hydraulic system replacement, debris disposal, and quality control testing, with work to be completed within 485 calendar days. The project is classified under NAICS Code 237990 for Other Heavy & Civil Engineering Construction, and will be a firm-fixed price contract located in Val Verde County, Texas.
