About this file
The document is an International Boundary & Water Commission (IBWC) Form 245A for Minimum Qualifications for Award in a Joint Venture context. A 'No' answer to any qualification question will disqualify the joint venture from bidding.
Joint venture participants must complete the form individually, provide an organizational chart or narrative explaining the venture's structure, and submit backup documentation for each 'Yes' answer. The form is part of the solicitation for the Replacement of Hydraulic System for Penstock #5 at Amistad Dam, a project estimated between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000, with a proposed completion time of 485 calendar days. The work involves inspecting and replacing the penstock hydraulic system, with specific site constraints including working hours, port of entry access, and load limitations.
