Question # Par. Ref. Category Question Government Response
Preproposal Conference Agenda Page 3 Section 6 e:
This section requires that documented evidence be presented indicating the offeror is authorized to perform the required services at the relevant location(s). Does that documentation need to either a valid license or written verification from the port authority or will some other documentation suffice? If other, please list what other documents are acceptable evidence of authorization to perform services. Also, in the case of call 0002 will you require the same documentation from all three covered ports?
The Contractor is required to demonstrate authorization to perform work at the ports specified in CALL 0002 in their Technical proposal.
8 PWS 6.2.2 Pg 11 The response to question 1 indicated that “Time keeping is and administrative function therefore shall be figured into the Commodity Rate”. There are no commodity rates associated with the terminal PSA in Beaumont or Port Arthur, so would time keeping be at the extra labor rates there?
Beamont and Port Arthur would be paid at the man hour rate.
