11 6.5.2 If outside vendors are required to clean up spills not caused by contractor, does this fall under 5.12

Yes, when a spill is of such volume or hazard beyond the

Contractors' capability, it would be handled through a 3rd party service authorized by the Government.

12 6.4.2.4 If mobile cranes are required, does the

Government have a list of acceptable vendors.

No, it is the Contractors' responsibility to ensure the crane vendor is capable of completing the mission within the timeline and is operationally sound.

13 General Is the contractor required to have labor present on the terminal 5 days per week, If not in the past year how many days has labor been required per week.

No, labor is required to be on the terminal to fulfill an order request for next days' operation when presented to the Contractor by the COR/ACOR. It is expected for

Contractor representation to be present each day for operations meetings, this person must have decision making and order authority.
