R 52. No, contractors cannot use wireless technology in the building

Q 56. A contractor is requesting that several ceiling tiles be removed in the corridors on a couple of floors and that a ladder be made available so that they may examine the above ceiling space where ductwork is to be removed and replaced. This will allow them to determine the level of congestion in the above ceiling spaces.

R 56. GSA Field Office personnel will remove the referenced ceiling tiles and take photos of the above ceiling space where ductwork is to be removed and replaced. The photos will be securely posted to the FBO website.

R 57. Yes; Yes Q 58. Have the building’s main chilled water and/or heating hot water pumps been equipped with VFD’s?

R 58. The main heating hot water pumps have been equipped with VFDs. The main chilled water pumps are constant volume.
