About this file
This is the Buy American Certificate provision (FAR 52.225-2) that requires offerors to certify whether their end products qualify as domestic end products containing critical components. Offerors must identify any foreign end products by line item number and country of origin, indicating whether non-iron/steel foreign products exceed 55% domestic content. They must also separately list line item numbers for domestic end products containing critical components.
The provision appears to be included as part of solicitation 36C24225R0036 for Fire Dampers at Lyons VA Medical Center, issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Veterans Integrated Service Network 2. While the file establishes Buy American certification requirements, it does not provide specific details about the fire damper procurement itself.
