About this file

This document is an outline template for submissions related to a federal contract opportunity for hydrant system repair pool services. It requests information on proposed site superintendents and site safety and health officers, including their experience qualifications and descriptions of past relevant projects. Specifically, it asks offerors to provide details on two specialized hydrant system repair projects completed within the last ten years such as repairs to hydrant pumps, valves, pits, pipelines or control systems. Projects must have been performed on U.S. or allied military installations and involved at least one million dollars of hydrant system repairs supporting aircraft fueling. If submitting a phase of work, offerors must define the phase per the criteria. The opportunities will support the Solicitation Number FA890324R0003 for an Air Force Materiel Command Fuels Management of Transportation contract.
