About this file

This document contains an outline template for proposing site superintendent and site safety and health officer experience on a federal fuels infrastructure multiple-award task order contract solicitation. The outline requires offerors to provide details on two proposed individuals including their construction safety certification dates and years of experience as a site superintendent on Department of Defense projects and in commercial construction. It also requires descriptions of at least two relevant Department of Defense construction projects with values over $500,000 in electrical and/or mechanical work, where each proposed individual served as either a site superintendent or quality control manager for at least four months. The related solicitation is for an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity multiple-award task order contract through the Air Force Civil Engineer Center for fuels infrastructure work, with NAICS code 237990 and a small business set-aside. It does not specify a period of performance or place of performance.
