Attachment L-06 Corporate Program Manager Experience Outline

DO NOT INCLUDE EXPERIENCE AS A TRADESPERSON/LABORER. This experience can be for ANY type of construction – it does NOT have to be for Fuels Infrastructure and it can be experience gained when employed by any Construction Firm.]

He started as a welder for Elway Mechanical, but in May of 1995, transitioned to serve as a SS overseeing Elway’s USACE HVAC and Fire Suppression projects at several Army installations. In Dec 1999, he also gained his QC certification and continued to serve Elway both as a QCM/SS on USACE and NAVFAC projects for mainly Mechanical construction projects, including tank repairs and pipelines. |
