About this file
This pre-solicitation notice provides information on an upcoming solicitation for BRAC Environmental Construction Optimization Services (BECOS) contracts to support environmental remediation at 40 BRAC installations. The Air Force plans to award six single-award IDIQ contracts on a full and open basis, with small business set-asides, to support performance-based remediation efforts across five CONUS regions and Galena, AK. The contracts would have a 10-year period of performance from July 2020 through July 2030 to complete existing task orders under BRAC program execution. Questions on the draft RFP were due by November 4, 2019, with the final solicitation anticipated for release in November 2019 to obtain fixed-price and cost-reimbursable services.
