About this file
This draft request for proposal from the Department of the Air Force Space Command Space and Missile Systems Center seeks industry feedback on a potential advisory and assistance services contract to support Space Systems Command, Space Domain Awareness & Combat Power/Battle Management Command Control and Communications. Interested offerors are invited to submit comments on the draft solicitation, statements of work, evaluation factors and reference staffing matrix by July 19, 2023 to help ensure the requirements are clearly understood prior to release of the formal RFP. The effort aims to provide professional services for Space Systems Command's Hemisphere program. Offerors should identify any potential organizational conflicts of interest given this is an advisory and assistance services contract. Proprietary information must be properly marked. The government is not obligated to pursue any acquisition approach as a result of this draft and is seeking input solely for planning purposes.
