1. SERVICES AVAILABLE TO THE CONTRACTOR
A. Work Schedule for the System:
Normal Working Hours Days Of The Week
1st Shift 0700 to 1700 Monday thru FridaySaturday
2nd Shift 1700 to 2100 Monday thru FridaySaturday
3rd Shift N/A to N/A N/A
Work on Saturdays, Sundays, Federal Holidays, and other than normal working hours may be arranged if requested in writing three working days in advance and if approved.

2. SERVICES NOT AVAILABLE TO THE CONTRACTOR
A. Forklifts. Government forklifts are not available for the Contractor's use.
B. Tools. Government tools or equipment are not available for the Contractor's use.
C. Loading/unloading. Government personnel will not load or unload any Contractor equipment, tools, and system components shipped under this contract.
3. JOINT OCCUPANCY
The Contractor will be installing the equipment in close proximity to normal Government operations. The Contractor must minimize interference with base personnel.
Five Government caused delay days have been built into the scheduled time on site. For each Government caused delay day (greater than 6 continuous hours of delay per 14-hour period) over five delay days will add an allowable day to the onsite time. Each Government caused day shall be reported to the Contracting Officer within 72 hours from the conclusion of the Government caused delay. If the Government caused delay lasts longer than two continuous days the contracting Officer shall be notified immediately. The Contracting Officer will determine what is or is not a Government caused delay day.
