• All questions in response to the solicitation and this pre-proposal conference must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer
• All questions received will be answered through publication on FEDBIZOPs
• All communications concerning this Request For Proposal should be routed through the Contracting Officer. No further communications should be directed to the Project Engineer or Base Project Officer until after contract award.
