No. reference Questions Answers 1 RFP Section L-100(B)(1)(d), L-
100(B)(2)(b), Amend. 8. Q&A #1, Attach. J-1 Para. K0003, Attach. J3c2.
RFP Section L-100(B)(1)(d) suggests that offerors should include those sections of Attachment J-1 (Other Contract Requirements) with a “fill-in” in part of Part I of their proposal. This would include Other Contract Requirements paragraph K0003. However, this paragraph requests data from which pricing information can be calculated, and therefore cannot be included in Part I per section L-100(B)(2)(b). Further, Other Contract Requirements paragraph K0003 is identical to Attachment J-3c2, but Offerors have been instructed that the mock proposal submission includes only Attachment J-3c1 (Amend. 8, Q&A #1). Can you please clarify where in the proposals Offerors should include the tax exemption statement?
Please submit the attachment J-3c1 for a price proposal. If the exemption statemt is applicable, J-3c2 is available for your firm.
2 RFP Section L-100(C)(4)(a), RFP Section L-100(B), Attach.
J-3c1
RFP Section L-100(C)(4)(a) states that “other than the cover page, all other pages of the proposal shall not identify the offeror, such as company letter head or logo.” However, multiple provisions in Section L-100(B) require identifying the company, and Attachment J-3c1 has a space to fill in the offeror name. Please confirm that L-100(C)(4)(a) is simply meant to prohibit use of company letterhead and logo, and that we may refer to the offeror’s name in the text of the proposal without restriction.
The offrors are required to identify their names on the proposals, but please do not use the company letter head stationery or logo for other pages.
