Should we strictly estimate in accordance with those Cost Breakdown?

For example, the item of Asbestos and HEPA filter parts are crucial. Under BASIC ITEM UNIT PRICE WORK, item 2 cleaning, included HEPA filter, and wet wipe App quantity SM

Information about the Phasing Schedule Execution Plan (Project Schedules)

Do you have any requirements or (information/limitation related to date for design/construction, material we need to use and etc.)

about the Mock Project and Repair Roof Project?

If you have, would it be possible to define this information more concisely? or If you do not have any additional information for those projects, do we have to decide or define those by ourselves?

Performance requirements for mock project are defined in the statement of work. Offerors have flexibility to coose their concept for how requirements will be met. This goes for the materials as well.

For roof project in Phasing Schedule Execution Plan scenario, scope is being revised as follows:

Repair Roofs for 8 garden units (MFH buildings) on west side of YAB (Construction only project.) Remove approximately 600 sqm of existing metal roofing from each building. Repair roof and waterproof it as noted in steps below. Replace existing downspouts with PVC downspouts; and remove and re-install existing aluminum coping as necessary for roof work.

Following steps are involved in roof repairs:

- Remove existing corrugated metal roof.

- Perform necessary scraping / sanding to expose concrete roof slab

- Prep the surface using resin mortar.

- Apply primer

- Install ventilation sheet

- Apply two coats of urethane for waterproofing

- Apply protective paint coat on top.

Each building has 11-12 downspouts.

Please use this information to come up with schedule for roof repairs.
