QUESTION GOVERNMENT RESPONSE
SF1442, Page 26 of 45, Section J, Attachment 4b, 3., Demolish B-4654
Can we assume that there is no foundation pile for B-4654 and no removal work is required?
No foundation work will be required for B-4654. Contractor is responsible to remove anything within the area which is not required in new confiduration.
ditto It is mentioned that there are ACMs in the B-4654. Before ACM removal, do we need to conduct quantity and quality analysis?
Materials identified as ACM do not need to be tested prior to removal.
They do, however, need to be handled and disposed in compliance with the requirements for ACM.

e. Letter of Intent
Do we need to re-submit an original "Letter of Intent (L/I)"? Will you accept L/I which was submitted on 25th July 2011 with our Price Proposal since the contents of L/I will not be changed by this Amendment 0009?
The copy of the L/I can be acceptable if the original letter was already submitted to the Government.

e. Past Performance
Questionnaire
Do we need to re-submit "Past Performance Questionnaires (PPQs)" which were submitted on 25th July 2011 and will not be affected by this Amendment 0009?
The Govertnment can review the PPQs if the work performed within the last three (3) years of the release date of amend 0009 (30 Nov 11). Past Performance Questionnaires should be re-submitted only if an offeror wants different projects to be considered for re-evaluation.
Amendment 0009
I. Specific Instructions
1. a. &
1. a. (i)
In "1. a", there is a description "50 pages excluding the Executive Summary, Personnel resumes and the mock project design drawings."
Since the last sentence of 1.a.(i) says "so resumes are not necessary", "1.a" would be "50 pages excluding the Executive Summary and the mock project design drawings."
Is our understanding correct ?
The verbiage mentioned in 1.a will remain unchanged. Resumes are not necessary and, therefore, lack of resumes will not result in a proposal being deemed technically unacceptable. If someone elects to leave there proposal "as is", resumes will not be included in the 50 page limitation.
