The table below identifies the minimum requirements for the identified role performed in support of the GPMS requirement. If the Key Personnel column indicates “Yes,” then the contractor-proposed position performing this identified role is a key position in the contract.

Clearance Completed technical training in traffic management or related field from a military technical school or accredited technical school/college/university.
Qualified in certifying hazardous materials, Shippers Declaration for Dangerous Goods process, and compliance with International Trafficking in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
Experience: 5 years’ experience traffic management and shipping.
Certification: Must meet requirements of Title 49 CFR Part 172 Subpart H Training (IATA, Dangerous Goods Regulations or ICAO, Technical Instructions training may also be used) for all employees having responsibility for preparing hazardous materials for shipment. Training must include function specific duties related to military air transportation (Refer to: AFMAN 24- 204, Paragraph A25.8).
Fuels Support Equipment (FSE) Manager (Program Level)

Qualification:
Completed Fuels Apprentice Course (J3ABR2F031 00AB), military service or commercial equivalent Completed FORCE Course (J3AZR2F051 05AB) or 10 years’ experience.
i) Government will schedule attendance at FORCE Course within 12 months of employment, if necessary

Command (AETC) in-house or Mobile Training Team (MTT) formal course taught by Detachment 1, 345th Training Squadron schoolhouse at Port Hueneme CA, or alternative equivalent civilian training
Experience: 2 years’ experience maintaining special purpose-type vehicles
Welding Certification: American Welding Society (AWS) Level I and Level II Certification or Equivalent
FSE Supervisor (Site Level)
Qualification:
Completed Fuels Apprentice Course (J3ABR2F031 00AB), military service or commercial equivalent Completed FORCE Course (J3AZR2F051 05AB) or 10 years’ experience.
i) Government will schedule attendance at FORCE Course within 12 months of employment, if necessary
Complete Cyro Maintainer Course (J3AZR2F051 04AA), or military or commercial equivalent, or 5 years’ experience.

FSE Technician (Site Level)
