| On the referenced Attachment 3s in the Base Year Units and Units of issue for the operational CLINs (other than Transition) it states 12 months, however in the Base PoP column indicates 1 Feb 2022 – 31 Oct 2022, which is 9 months which coincides with the section L instructions. |
