Dress
1. Business Casual for Site Visits (wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes, extensive walking expected including through industrial areas).
2. Many hotel restaurants require collared shirt/no jeans/closed-toe shoes. Women should wear similar attire that is not tight fitting or revealing.
3. No shorts accepted outside of hotel gym or pool.
4. Military members will not bring uniforms.
5. Travelers should check weather forecast at each location for climate conditions prior to departure.
Housekeeping Notes
1. Air travel/passports/entry visas/taxi fares/rental cars/hotel reservations/meals/Masirah ferry (passenger) tolls, etc. are the responsibility of each offeror.
2. The Government will provide transportation (where annotated in schedule) to transport offerors to/from/onto storage locations. Transportation will be in place 15 minutes prior to departure and will leave at time specified. It is solely each offeror’s responsibility to be at the bus/van departure points on time. If offeror(s) elects to stay in a hotel different than the one specified, it is each offeror’s responsibility to be at the designated hotel and on the Government provided bus/van in time for the scheduled departure.

NOTE: Access to the WRM storage sites is strictly controlled by both the U.S. and Host Nation military and any deviations from the provided transportation will likely result in offeror(s) being denied access to the site(s)/base(s).
3. Due to the nature of the Middle Eastern AOR, this site visit schedule will remain subject to change. We will notify interested parties who have submitted their travel information to the Government of any changes ASAP. The Government began purchasing tickets on 27 Jan 15.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION: Industry must submit the following documents for sites access:
(1) Color digital scan (.pdf) of photo page of passport, and (2) Social Security Number for security clearance verification. If traveler holds a DoD CAC please note in the documentation.
Do NOT scan/photocopy the CAC.
NOTE: Due to limited space the Government limits each offeror to no more than 2 individuals for the site visits. The Government reserves the right to limit participation to only 1 person per offeror if the overall group size becomes too large. Please annotate Primary and alternate travelers.
All information must be provided NLT 1200 on 25 February 15 via e-mail to Ms.
Reshard-Bryant and Mr. Peters at accamic.wrmrecomp@us.af.mil.
Photography of any storage location is prohibited due to host nation sensitivities.
Trip books with basic site information will be provided for Industry in the AOR. Arrivals must take taxis to hotel because of varying arrival times.
Check in to Crowne Plaza-Kuwait City, P.O. Box 18544 Farwaniya Kuwait, 81006 Kuwait. All offerors that are attending the site visit should plan to arrive in Kuwait City no later than this date.
