If Seed projects are not funded the contract minimum would be met through “Doing business w/DM seminar.
Four MACC AWARDEE’s would be paid $2K for the initial meeting to meet the contract minimum Evaluation criteria still based on Seed projects, Technical, Past Performance, and Price to make awardee determination
Solicitation will use Lowest Price Technical Acceptable (LPTA) procedures Technical-Acceptable/Unacceptable Defined in Section L Criteria for meeting sub-factor in Section M Past Performance-Acceptable/Unacceptable Defined in Section L Criteria for meeting sub-factor in Section M Price-Acceptable/Unacceptable Must be realistic/reasonable in relationship to the IGE & other proposals submitted.
Contractors shall use the applicable MACC Bid Schedules included with each Project Package All Four Project Packages are considered design/build
