About this file
This document is a Standard Form 30 (SF 30) Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract for the Melrose Air Force Range (MAFR) Operations, Maintenance and Support (OM&S) Services contract. Amendment 0007 updates the solicitation by modifying the Price Proposal Workbook, updating the RFI log with questions and answers from the 09 April - 10 April Q&A period, and providing a detailed Site Visit addendum for potential offerors.
The amendment includes specific instructions for a mandatory pre-proposal Site Visit on Monday, 17 March 2025, at Cannon AFB. Participants must pre-register with personal details, bring their own sustenance, and follow strict protocols including no business card exchanges and limited transportation options. The site visit is part of a solicitation for a Total Small Business Set-Aside contract valued between $100-$250 million, with an initial five-year base period and up to five one-year option periods. The contract will support MAFR's training range operations, covering nine support regimes including facility maintenance, aerial and ground training ranges, electronic warfare, scheduling, wildland fire, paramedic, and situational force support.
