About this file
This file contains two sample consent letter templates for the Melrose Air Force Range Operations, Maintenance and Support Services contract (FA485525R0001). The first template is a Subcontractor/Teaming Partner Consent Letter that allows potential subcontractors or joint venture partners to authorize the government to discuss their past performance information with the prime contractor during source selection.
The second template is a Client Authorization Letter that permits commercial customers to release past performance information to the government for evaluation purposes. Both templates are administrative in nature and do not contain specific details about the required services or technical requirements. The letters are part of the past performance evaluation process for this procurement at Cannon Air Force Base, which is being managed by the 27th Special Operations Contracting Squadron.
