The project scope includes establishing a redundant electrical power system, replacing two 200-ton chillers with air-cooled models, and installing dedicated HVAC for ground control station bays. The estimated performance period is 570 calendar days for a project valued between $5-10 million. The solicitation utilizes the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable source selection method and has been set aside solely for small businesses in accordance with FAR 19.502-2.
