1. Emergency illumination shall be provided for a minimum of 1 hour in the event of failure of normal lighting. Submit AF Form 332 to 27 SOCES for repairlreplacement. REF: NFPA 101, Para 7.9.2.1
2. A door normally required to be kept closed shall not be secured in the open position at any time and shall be self-closing or automatic-closing. Doors need to be closed at all times.
Submit AF Form 332 to 27 SOCES for repair. REF: NFPA 101, Ch 7, Para 7.2.1.8.2
3. All horizontal or vertical sliding and rolling fire doors shall be inspected and tested annually to check for proper operation and full closure. Submit AF Form 332 to 27 SOCES for inspection.
Ref: NFPA 80, para 5.2.14.3
4. When materials are.stacked.to a height of less than 15 feet, maintain an 18in clearance below ceiling, sprinkler deflectors, joists, rafters, beams, and roof trusses. Remove items and maintain 18 inches of clearance. REF: AFOSH Std. 91 -501, Ch 5, Para 5.6
