Text version
1. The Government has answered question #58, “We will allow 10pt on visual aids”, but in the
Instructions to Offerors, Page Size and Format (b) in the revised RFP, the requirement still states 12 point font for tables, charts, graphs and figures. Would the Government please clarify whether 10 point or 12 point font is acceptable?
A1: 10 Point is acceptable for tables & charts, this has been updated in the RFP
2. The Government has removed Base Clinic from the PWS, but there is still a requirement for an RPES
(C.5) in the revised RFP. Would the Government please confirm that Offeror’s do not need a response to the Base Clinic RPES?
A2: The Offeror's do not need to submit on the Clinic RPES. This has been updated.
3. The Offeror Performance Rating on the Past Performance Survey forms has been deleted. We have already submitted our survey’s based on the previous Attachment 4 format. Will the Government require us to resend our surveys based on the revised Attachment 4, or will the old version suffice?
A3: This change was administrative in function and does not change the content of the form. The old version is sufficient.
4. Starting on line 8 of paragraph 2 under “1.4 EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AND RESPONSE” is the sentence:
“This includes maintaining and operating a Mobile Emergency Operations Center (MEOC) to support Incident Command requirements.”
We would like to know if there is a Mobile EOC onsite
A4: The government does not currently own a mobile EOC vehicle or trailer. The requirement for the
EOC to be mobile to support incidents as they occur is a contract requirement and it is the government's intent to obtain a mobile EOC.
