Tampa's Own Professional Military Education Community Support Local Chambers That Participate MacDill has five local chambers that participate in some form of education for local business/civic leaders The education is intended to give an insight to daily military life/issues so that they may better assist transitioning military members Programs – from greater tampa chamber Other programs
Emerge Tampa – A young professional program that will often pair up with our CGOs and SNCOs for discussions on leadership and management Leadership Tampa – A yearlong leadership course that includes mid-level managers from MacDill. This 60-man team also attends a daylong indoctrination into MacDill operations Insight Tampa – A senior level class for CEO/CFOs. This class includes a senior level manager from MacDill. They also receive a half day indoctrination Leadership Hillsborough CEO Direct Leadership Tampa Bay Leadership St Pete Westshore Alliance Tampa Economic Development Corp
