The above numbered solicitation is amended as set forth in Item 14. The hour and date specified for receipt of Offers is extended. is not extended.
Offers must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the hour and date specified in the solicitation or as amended, by one of the following methods:

1. This solicitation is set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), HUBZone Small Business, and Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) only. \n2. This is a design build, bid-build indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC). Projects under this IDIQ contract will consist of construction work based on a general statement of work further defined within each individual task order. \n3. Work to be performed under the MACC will be within the NAICS code 237990 Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, Size Standard $39.5M for work on Ellsworth AFB. \n4.
The performance period for contract will be a Base 5-year ordering period with 5 one-year options, 10 years total. \n5. The intent is to award up to five contracts as a result of this solicitation. \n6. The awardees guaranteed minimum of $1,000.00 will be satisfied by attendance of the MACC Post-Award Conference.\n7. MACC task orders may range from $2,000.00 to $15,000,000.00, accommodate predesign or design-build, and shall be competed among all awarded MACC contractors. \n8.
The MACC shared ceiling price for all orders combined is $95,000,000.00.\n9. A site visit is scheduled for 28 Sep 2020 at 0900 and 29 Sep 2020 at 0900. A request to attend the site visit must be sent to Lt Olson at maxwell.
olson.1@us.af.mil no later than 1500 on 23 Sep 20 and must include a preferred day (28 or 29 Sep). Late requests will not be accepted. The request shall include number of people you are requesting to attend, name, address, driver license number and issuing state, and date of birth of each attendee. Due to COVID restrictions, offerors are requested to limit attendees to essential personnel only, NTE 4 per offeror. The request does not guarantee a reservation for the preferred date, or number of attendees. A confirmation email will be sent to confirm date and attendees. All personnel at the site visit must comply with base policy by wearing a face covering.
