TAB G
1. Reference PWS Paragraph G2.1.2. The end of this paragraph reads “(See G-TE-12) (Modification P00049)”. Neither of these two items exist in the PWS however they do look like they reference something in the current contract. Please clarify.
Answer: Modification P00049 will be removed from PWS.
2. Reference PWS Paragraph G3. The core hours show 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. With Airfield Management closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day, is fuels in fact to remain open?
Answer: Fuels operation is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If transient aircraft are scheduled to arrive on holidays, then fuels will be required to be provide mission support.
3. Reference PWS Paragraph G-TE-2, Line 1. Please provide the pipeline flow rate and Hydrant Transfer rate.
Answer: Bulk Storage receipt separator is a 1,200 GPM filter separator. Pipeline transfer flow rate between bulk storage and hydrant systems includes two (2) 600 GPM transfer pumps.
Hydrant issue rate capacity includes eleven (11) 600 GPM issue pumps across the two hydrant systems.
4. Reference PWS Paragraph G-TE-2, Line 1. Is the section of the receipt pipeline within the installation above or below ground?
Answer: Receipt pipeline is below ground.
5. Reference PWS Paragraph G-TE-2, Lines 6 and 16. Are the 1174 annual issues to Transient Aircraft (line 16) included in the 2496 annual issues shown in line 6?
Answer: Yes line 16 (transient aircraft) issues are included in line 6 (issues). Transient aircraft from G-TE-2 is an annual average versus the monthly average from line 6.
6. Please provide workload breakout from G-TE-2 for After normal hours 1600-2400 and 2400-0800. Offerors other than the incumbent do not have an idea what the workload to be supported is for those hours. How many aircraft servicings are there etc.? Is there a minimum staffing number for after normal hours support for Tab G?
Answer: Fuels hour of operation are 24/7. There is no “after normal hours”. It is up to the contractor to staff according to workload and regulations.
