TAB B

1. Reference PWS paragraph B.4. This paragraph references pick-up and delivery as part of warehousing; isn’t this now a part of vehicle operations?

Yes, pick-up and delivery belongs to Tab C. The PWS will be amended to remove the words “Pick-up and Deliver Materiel” from B4.

2. Reference PWS paragraph B.4.8. The paragraph states that “The KTR shall establish and operate base pick-up point(s) for laundry and dry cleaning of organizational clothing, mobility equipment, and CWDE …”. What is the workload associated with this task?

There’s no workload associated with this, the dry cleaning contractor picks up and drop off laundry. The BOS contractor establishes and operates the pick-up points.

3. Reference PWS paragraph B-TE-2, 13. What are the shipments?

Shipments are assets that are pulled out of stock and sent to other bases to support their demand level or issues.

4. Reference PWS paragraph B-TE-2, 17. The workload for Hazardous Waste

Accumulation, Pounds Generated is displayed as 200 (55 GL Drums)/150. What does the 150 represent?

The 150 is the accumulated tons (weight)

5. Reference PWS paragraph B-TE-4. Please validate that there 60 computer/laptops, 40 monitors, 47 printers/copiers, 48 dock stations and 28 handheld barcode scanners provided to the KTR.

B-TE-4 is correct.

6. B1.1 Core Hours.

Monday-Friday…………………...0700 – 0000……...Full Supply Support Saturday – Sunday (UTA)…….0700 – 1630……….Full Supply Support Clarification on Full Supply Support Monday – Friday from 1600-0000hrs. Is ARFC requiring the KTR to maintain staffing levels required during normal operating hours?

Normal staffing from Monday – Friday, 0700 – 1600 hrs. During afterhours from Monday – Friday, 1600 – 0000, KTR is required to have support to pull properties for direct aircraft support and deliver if priority.

Clarification on Full Supply Support Saturday – Sunday (UTA) Is ARFC requiring the KTR to maintain staffing levels required during normal operating hours?

Yes, KTR will provide support UTA from 0700 – 1630 hrs. Providing building access, reservist training, and any priority issues in support of aircraft.

Clarification UTA hours 0700-1630? (All other Tabs are identified as 0700-1600) Tab C performs Pick-Up & Delivery Mon-Fri 0700-1600; is it AFRC’s intention for the KTR to Pick-Up & Deliver from 1600-0000hrs to support Supply’s night operations?

Yes. It is up to the contractor to decide who delivers during those hours.

7. B4.8.1. Joint Service Mask Leak Tester (JSMLT). The KTR shall manage all aspects of the JSMLT process IAW any applicable guidance memos and the US Air Force CONOPS/Instructions for the JSMLT. The KTR shall conduct serviceability testing IAW Air Force Instructions and AFTO 14P3-114 using JSMLT test equipment on JSGPM masks. The KTR will ensure the availability of at least 1 qualified JSMLT operator. The government will provide initial training for one KTR JSMLT operator. It is the KTR’s responsibility to ensure replacement and/or additional JSMLT operators are properly trained. Testers shall be accountable on CA/CRLs and calibrated IAW TO 33A4-7-10-1. (See B-TE-1, SSB28 and SSB29) SSB28 and SSB29 are not identified in the PWS; What service deliverable requirements?

The PWS will be amended to read “(See B-TE-1, SSB19 and SSB20)” with the below Service Summaries added to B-TE-1.

SDSB19 Ensure Mobility IT System is used for management of IPE

B4.8.1 Mobility IT will be used for management of IPE 100% of the time

SDSB20 Ensure JSMLT Leakage Test current on M50 Masks

B4.8.1 JSMLT will be current 100% of the time on M50 Masks. Six month M50 mask inspections/cleaning will be current 98% of the time
