About this file

This Statement of Work (SOW) details a comprehensive audio/visual (AV) system modernization project for the Soundside Club at Hurlburt Field. The project requires replacing existing outdated AV equipment across multiple spaces including 4 ballrooms (Broadway, Tan Son Nhut, Bagram), a pre-function area, hallways, and an outside patio. Key requirements include installing four new laser projectors with 130" retractable screens, replacing all speakers with in-ceiling and waterproof models, implementing a new digital control system with a passcode-enabled touchscreen tablet, and adding new audio/video ports in each ballroom.

The contractor must complete the entire installation within 14 days, coordinating with the Club Manager to avoid disrupting scheduled events. Technical specifications mandate a programmable processor, comprehensive sound coverage across zones, individual room controls, and interchangeable microphones. Additional requirements include proper equipment disposal, base access coordination, engineering and programming support, and adherence to manufacturer installation specifications. Civil Engineering and Fire and Safety approvals are required, though additional power infrastructure may not be necessary since this is a replacement project.
