Q0061 For the purpose of pricing the demolition/removal of the 1000 gallon above ground diesel tank, does the Government have an estimate of how much fuel remains in the tank? The fuel tank is approximately 1/4 full.

Q0073 Question 46 & Question 63 seem to contradict one another. Is Question 63 just for that specific area?
We apologize, it was a typo in the response to Q0063. Please refer to the updated response for Q0063 in this amendment.
Q0074
In the Instruction to offerors, under Proposal Preparation Instructions under section F. Teaming/Partnering Offerors, its requested that we "the offeror shall provide all required solicitation information for all parties including a copy of the teaming/partnership agreement. The agreement shall include information that identifies the responsibilities for each entity under this contract. The agreement shall demonstrate the relationship between firms and identify contractual relationship and authorities to bind each entity of the teaming/partnering relationship." This is not mentioned in any other section. Would the Government confirm if we are to provide teaming/partnership agreements for all our design team members or would letters of commitment be acceptable? If we are to provide either the agreements or commitment letters, where should we include them? Will these pages count against any of the section page limitations?
Section L, Instructions to Offerors, paragraph F, is referring to teaming/partnering offerors. In other words, two or more companies submitting one offer. Design team member information is found in Section L, Instruction to Offerors, Part I - Factor A - Technical Acceptability. Yes, this information is included in the page limit.
Q0075 A proposal due date extension of 2 weeks is requested for this solicitation. As a result of the July 4th holiday, many subcontractors are declining to bid to us due to their personnel being on vacation for the week. In addition, some RFI's have not yet been answered further compounding the issue for the subs. Should an extension not be approved, I would anticipate many GC's will have difficulty responding per RFP requirements.
The 2 week extension is respectfully declined for this solicitation. Prior to this amendment, which contains clarifications, there was only one outstanding question. Additionally, contractors on this contract should be prepared to work during this time of year as this is a high-volume buying time for the Government.
