1. The 11th Contracting Squadron on Joint Base Andrews is in the process of selecting a Contractor for Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineering Requirements for Joint Base Andrews Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity Contract.
2. One of the considerations in proposal evaluation is the verification of each offeror’s past performance on contracts, which reflect the offeror's ability to perform on the proposed effort.
We depend on information received from agencies such as yours, having had first-hand experience with an offeror, for the evaluation of the offeror's performance on those contracts.
3. Our areas of interest in the offeror are summarized in the enclosed questionnaire. Request your written response no later than 1 April 2020. This schedule will allow us sufficient time to analyze the data prior to the start of evaluations.
4. To assist you in preparing your response and expediting your reply, the questionnaire may be filled out by hand and E-mailed marked as “FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY”. Please contact either myself via E-mail John.M.Barr1.civ@mail.mil or telephone (240-612-5646) and/or as a secondary contact, Ms. Lisa Pizarro via E-mail Lisa.Pizarro.1@us.af.mil or telephone (240-612- 5627). Your completed questionnaire will become a part of the official source selection records and the Government may contact you to discuss your inputs. Please note that completed PPPQs are required to come directly from your organization to 11 CONS/PKA, Reference FA286020R0005. PPPQs received by the offeror directly will not be accepted for evaluation.
5. Your assistance is greatly appreciated and your prompt response will be one of the keys to the successful and timely completion of this source selection.
