About this file
This document contains a staffing matrix template and instructions for a federal contract solicitation to provide operations and maintenance services for the Space Fence radar system. Key details include:
The contractor will be responsible for providing 24/7/365 radar operations and maintenance services, including sensor operations and support, mission system maintenance management, logistics management, communications operations and maintenance, environmental management, civil engineering support, industrial and physical security, knowledge operations, and contract transition activities. The staffing matrix templates require offerors to map proposed labor categories and positions to the performance work statement requirements and include details such as labor category titles and numbers, prime and subcontractor names, proposed hours and personnel counts. Accompanying labor category descriptions must include experience, education, certification, security clearance requirements, and responsibilities relevant to the performance work statement. The federal agency is the Department of the Air Force Space Command.
The related federal contract opportunity is a forthcoming request for proposals from the United States Space Force to provide the above radar operations and maintenance services for the Space Fence on a non-personal services basis. Responses are not currently being solicited but will be in the future.
