About this file
This document is an Ability One Certification requirement exhibit for RLP (Remedial Lease Provision) 36C25026R0006. The exhibit establishes mandatory procurement requirements for federal entities seeking to procure services listed on the AbilityOne Procurement List in accordance with 41 U.S.C. §8504 and AbilityOne Commission regulations.
The document specifies that when a lease includes custodial services appearing on the AbilityOne Procurement List, the lessor must procure those custodial services from a qualified nonprofit agency (NPA) for the blind or other severely disabled persons designated by the AbilityOne Commission, provided the NPA is ready and able to perform the services. The certification requirement in Section 5 mandates that offerors complete an Offeror Certification form documenting contact with AbilityOne, including the date, method, and person contacted. For RLP 36C25026R0006, services are listed as unavailable, and offerors must provide the reason for unavailability if known and sign and date the certification. The AbilityOne Procurement List can be accessed at https://www.abilityone.gov/. This certification is not required if services are available through qualified AbilityOne vendors.
