About this file
This document is Exhibit E to RFP-MAAA-NK-26-001 and presents a sample legislative deliverable schedule for printing services during the 2026 legislative session. The scope of work includes daily printing of House Journals (41 average pages), Senate Journals (17 average pages), House Calendars (5 average pages), and Senate Calendars (5.5 average pages). Additionally, bills are printed on a daily basis with volumes varying significantly throughout the session. The sample schedule provided documents print requests from ten select dates spanning January 13 through May 7, 2026, demonstrating workflow patterns and peak printing demands. On these specific dates, requests ranged from a minimum of 26,871 total pages (March 4) to a maximum of 106,033 total pages (February 6). All pages are expected to be delivered by 6:30 a.m. on the following Legislative Day from the date orders are placed.
The document does not include pricing terms, set-asides, incumbent information, funding sources, or contract award and renewal details. The fiscal notes referenced in the sample table are noted as historically tracked for workflow volume purposes but are explicitly excluded from the scope of work and pricing requirements under this RFP. This exhibit serves primarily as a reference tool to establish expected print volumes and delivery timelines for bidders to use in developing proposals and cost estimates.
